2 替專案取個好名稱（訂一個具體的目標、願景，會持續激發你的動機）
3 填寫「屬性欄位」（專案期間、為什麼要做？如果沒有「對他人」可以刪除）
4 填寫「頁面內容」、列出下一步行動（根據預期的難處和目標）

1 從「專案資料庫」裡的模版裡，已經設定好「自動關聯」的「捷徑資料庫」（/linked view of database）
2 在「專案資料庫」裡新增的任務卡片，會自動關聯該專案；因為在模版頁面設置了 self referential filters
3 你也可以透過下方的「已分組」檢視，直接在對應專案組裡新增，也會自動套用該篩選
4 根據任務的執行，調整「行動狀態」、撰寫「問題＆解決」
5 透過閃卡（Flash Card）＆按鈕機制，以問答的方式，加強記憶。
